The Inventioneers team is primarily a family run organization. Our three main focuses are:

Some items are available as products, via internet purchase, while the patents for certain ideas are for sale or license to manufacturers and marketers.

Our book, Building Wealth via Toilets and Tenants details, with extensive humor and satire, a path to financial security, building wealth using the vast supply of borrowed money. The book is entertaining, while providing a low cost, candid education in real estate investing, written by someone who has used most strategies: flipping, leases with purchase options, rehabbing rental property, land lording tips, and how to ensure your new purchase will cash flow. A Buy/Don’t Buy spreadsheet helps you decide whether to purchase a property or not. The text contains dozens of funny cartoons depictions of the many tenant tribulations you will experience as a landlord. The book has some simple leases, applications, rental property documents.

Single and multifamily buildings comprise most of our properties, and our apartments rent from $400 to $950 per month, depending upon utilities. Some buildings are offered wholesale, which enables investors to purchase for an amount that is well-below still make a good profit, whether renovating the property for rent or resale.
